The third wave of coffee does not accept the traditional ways of growing or making coffee. For this reason, Coffee Lab delivers a pour over station, with the sole purpose of obtaining fairer and more balanced profiles.
Our varieties are selected from three different regions of Mexico. All have roasting profiles that balance,flavor and body with notes of caramel, chocolate, and citrus flowers.
demarcates an intensity in each drink but increases the level of caffeine due to its form of extraction. This is calibrated for citrus and fruit flavors.
Captures all the nobility of the bean and obtains cups that are sweeter and less intense. The variety concentrates floral and chocolate notes.

Galería Lab was designed by RIMA Design Group. A Cultural Forum, started by the Lab, was opened to the public to combine art, culture and coffee in a space that encourages creativity and community. Together, artists, architects, photographers, and designers of all kinds have transformed Coffee Lab into much more than a coffee shop.
Weekly themed movie nights, informative lectures, local and Mexican art and design exhibitions, and cooking classes are some of the events Galería Lab and Coffee Lab have hosted.
